Zilch, I was just going through a couple threads, and must have missed this post. Are you working on updating an 846A or the B version? I will be looking for the results. My 846A's with BMS drivers (2 pairs) are the bedroom speakers, and the pair with APT-80 tweets are doing service in the garage. Can't wait to see what can be done with them other than changing the 416Z's to 2235's and changing crossovers. Keep it simple, please. I will need to find part time employment if it gets too complex.
