Glad to have you aboard. From your username I take it you have a pair or ADS 2030's? I love my puny 780/2's, by comparison,and will likely never get rid of them as I gradually move up the ladder with garage sale and thrift store deals.
 
I'm looking for pros and cons, recommendations on pre/pro with external amps vs. 7.1 channel receiver. Any input will be appreciated.
