New Turntable!!

Very nice table, that 440mla should go nicely with it.
Sad day man. The stylus got wrecked in an accident and I can not check how it mates with this table for another week or so. Really sucks. That cart sounded great on my last table which was a Sony PS-LX350H.

Congrats Zeppellin on your new (really almost is) Yammy! It wasn`t easy for me to let that spare one go, but the one I`ve been using for fifteen years is still going strong, and since it has sentimental value....well someone might as well enjoy it. Though I have others that rival it...Denon DP-52F, Pio PL-630, JVC QL-Y5F, nothing has been able to dethrone the YP-D71 convincingly.

At this moment I`m listening to Roy Ayers Ubiquity- Everybody Loves The Sunshine on Polydor 180gr and the playback is nothing short of superb. Using a Stanton 681EEE the details of all the textures of the vibes, piano, syth, and percussion are simply sublime. The Yamaha engineers definitely hit a high note when making this one. Like I stated in our PMs, changing combos with different carts can be lots of fun too. Enjoy for many years to come. :music:

Btw, your pics are really great.

Sorry to hear about the 440, if it helps, last year I got my Denon 103r back from Soundsmith with the totl retip package and played one side before it had an accident.

I wasn't too hard on myself. I definitely thought others may have made similar mistakes. Plus I am fortunate enough to have more than one cart and stylus. So my vinyl listening continues :music:
