Off-topic: if some one is intrested, in a numeber of "The Architectural Forum" I found some color pics with architectural details of the Rockefeller Center.

Great historical shots, a time of concern and confusion as WWII was just around the corner for them or had just begun and life was adjusting to a war time economy. Yes, they do look like Kodachrome tranparencies; natural colors, neither too bright and contrasty or muted, very close to reality. Another historical landmark lost when Kodak discontinued Kodachrome after 75 years of production.
