Greetings from the caribbean. I just wanted to say hello and thanks for letting me participate in this forum. I'm for the most part new to the HiFi world but have been a music lover and amateur musician most of my life. Thanks again!

Welcome aboard! I really enjoyed my visits to PR via Rosey Roads! Great food, weather, scenery ;-) (she was in a purple bikini, still remember to this day) Would love to visit again!

My parents visited PR in the Eighties & absolutely LOVED it... Its America, but its NOT... Its a foreign country, but its NOT.. They went when we were having the WORST Ice Storm in Memory, so that might have clouded their view..

It is still very nice, like in every city around the world and the USA there are places you don't go if you are not from here. I like your "its NOT" view, just think of it as a State that cannot vote for President, but keeping up with your "its NOT" theme: We hold presidential primaries in order to elect the next democratic and republican candidates. We have similar problems as Detroit, but not that big.

The guy who showed 'em around the island took 'em to the main Post Office.. Gov't Post Office, complete w/Gov't heaters in the walls... The PRs found that amusing, since its NEVER got colder than 60 or so there..

Welcome! We visited PR two years ago for Christmas, stayed right next to Old San Jaun. I loved the place, and have been bugging my wife to consider it for our retirement.

Welcome to AK! Went to PR in October on our honeymoon, did a loop around the entire island. I love PR!
