Next Year my Brother and I will have the First Mobile Record Store in Colorado!

Hey Haji, I think that would be a serious blast to do! Fun, meeting new people that are into the madness every day and having insane conversations about music, records, gear, the list goes on and on. And yes, the pickin's have become rather slim in Colorado Springs with folks like Tim at Earth Pig doing pretty well. By the way, last I was there he had excellent quality and selection, was not disappointed one bit, but then again, he doesn't buy mediocre stuff. That causes the price to rise, but nothing I wasn't willing to pay for stuff I wanted and had been looking for in very nice condition.

On the subject of a name for the business, my best friend has the moniker "Record Man," (had a store in Durango, Colorado for a long time by the same name), so if it hasn't been suggested before I'd go with "Record Van." Folks will know exactly what you're talkin' about and that's always a good thing in making a business viable. In any case, I'll be lookin' for you when you're up and runnin'. You will let us know here when that will be and where, hours etc. etc. right?

There's a record and tape store in Orange county, California in an Airstream trailer. Creme Tangerine. It's not mobile though. It's in an outdoor covered mall. When I lived there I would collect cassettes and trade them for lps.
