Norman Lab #9

Man, I guess when it's a job a guy wants to retire, but I plan to do audio (as a hobby at least) until I die with my boots on. :bigok:

It is a very crowded work space. I have a friend in Tulsa that visits him and Bill is a skinny fellow and he says he has a hard time moving around with all the gear Dave has stacked up, on consignment, for sale and not for sale. Says I wouldn't even fit in the place. That might be something to move away from but with all that gear it might take a while.

My pair of Model 9's are still in the closet and have been for about 3 years. Loved them but the Klipsch CF-3's took their place and I'll soon have a pair of Belle clones I'm building in that spot. 9's are great speakers and love some power.

Yeah, I'm sure ol' Dave is ready to hang it up after all these years. I've known him since about 1986, I guess it's been...back when he was the Coustic car audio rep for our store.
Are your nines the originals of the "new" ones with the polymer cones (9b?)? I gave (or sold cheap) my nines to a friend years ago. Much regret since then. When you get ready to sell...
