What he said not to mention most popular calibers are scarce at this time. Same thing happened in 2008
 
Crazy law in Canada... If you keep that stick (out any other object or device) in a place specifically for self defense, that is deemed improper storage of a weapon.... Or something. In any case, you'll get charged for using it to beat the intruder. So if you keep a baseball bat next to your bed, the glove and ball better be there too, and your story better be that you sleep next to your bat because you like it so much.

Yeah, but we ALLL know that in Canada, y'all are SO polite & even-tempered, they shut down the whole country & have investigations if somebody gets mad & says "**** !"...(grin)

Hmm, my peach tree could yield a few dozen of those, some with a bit bigger caliber or reach. Can't have enough sticks, like to get the dual = duel sticks - one for each hand.
