My first thought after reading that ad is why can't Johnny spell - or punctuate - or even proofread what he wrote? Dude, there is no word limit on a craigslist ad, either, but if you are struggling to make a coherent sentence, just throw a photo on there.
$10 seems like a very good price, but you can't be sure if that is per piece or the whole lot.
I would recommend spending the ten dollar profit on a nice clean copy of "Writing For Dummies".
