Oddball telefunken id help

I dont know where i got this. Or when. It may have come in a tube caddy I bought long ago. Any help with ID would be appreciated.

I think it probably is an EF89 (or an UF89, which has the same characteristics except for heater voltage/current).

Ment for RF/IF stages in radios. Not really suitable for audio because it has variable mutual conductance (which will cause extra distortion when used as an audio tube).
