Another 12AX7 id

please help ID this tube. I can’t seem to find any markings other than “12AX7A” with made in USA above it.

RCA made a "Pinch Plate"?? RCA usually had a octagonal design around the "12ax7". This looks like a Sylvania or GE from the Mid 60's.

Numbering looks like Sylvania, but its different construction than the Sylvania pinch plate 12ax7 I have sitting here. Construction looks a lot like a GE tube, but GE numbering is very distinct with the dot codes.

Gadget is right that GE has the dots. I think it most likely Westinghouse or Raytheon. It is not RCA or Sylvie.
