I wish it was that easy, been collecting it for several yrs, many hrs of leg work, I would buy it all, I don't care if it has engravings on it or if its mint. Price depends on 1 condition 2 if it works or not, and how bad I really want it, the only gear that has eluded me is that darn exclusive gear but one of these days it will appear.

They make metal fillers for auto body work. If you could find one of a light enough color maybe you could use that to fill it in.
The one I have is darker than the faceplate. I can't recall which brand at the moment, but if they make an aluminum based one maybe it would match.
