Can't tell the make, but it looks like it's tube and like it has a stand-alone amp in there somewhere.

Probably mono, maybe 6V6, but certainly worth an email or phone call.

I think those are wide-angle cell phone photos.

Looks like a VM changer (doesn't mean it's a VM console; VM did OEMs too).
