I was sent to this forum from the Parts Express forum. They think someone here can help. I found these at an estate sale and bought them( $5.00 for both speakers). They have an old DENON logo on them. All I can find is the logo was used starting in 1957 until some time into 1970. These speaker must have went to a small setup of some sort. Can anyone give me some info on these speakers (ex model number)

The only Denon speakers I have ever come across have been part of all in one desk top type systems. I have never seen ones this old but the size seems similar to the all-in one systems I have seen. Most likely you will not be able to find any specific info on the speakers as in those types of situations they are just considered components. The id or model number would be associated with the system rather than the components.

This. I have access to one of these systems at work- I'll take a quick look and report back if I find anything significant.

Looks like it's from Denon MX990 series. Like a table top system with ceramic record player on top and AM FM tuner. Strictly for the garage I''d say.
