Onkyo TX-220 Left Channel Quieter

I just got an Onkyo TX-220 Receiver. It looks and works great except the left channel is very quiet. I’ve tried changing out cables/speakers and I’ve played with the Balance Control and mono switch but the problem persists on both left A and B speakers.

I don’t know much about the internals of these things - just enough to open it up and clean it.

Any thoughts on what the issue could be or a place to start??
