How do the Optimus Pro -77 speakers compare to the Minimus 7?

I have 2 1/2 pair of the similar Pro-X55AV, which has a poly cone instead of paper cone.

The larger woofer and cabinet deliver a lot better bass response than the Minimus 7's. A much more natural, balanced sound than the 7.

I have a pair of the Pro-77 with metal cabinet and also had a pair with a wood cabinet. From what I understand they are also shielded. Decent, but I wouldn't personally invest a lot of time or money in them, in my mind at best a $5-10 speaker. I use mine primarily to test new equipment so it they fry not a big loss
