Ortofon RMG212 Headshell / Counterweight Mass

Hi ! I restored an Ortofon RMG212 and installed as per Ortofon specifications a 32g headshell. With the counterweight set to 0, my initial mass is already about 8g (it should be 0g), so I can't apply a 4g on the cartridge. Any recommendations?

check if there is a hole in the side of the counterweight ,if so ,loosen the grubscrew inside .
This should enable you to move the counterweight .getting the arm/ headshell /cartridge combi. in neutral (0gr. downforce ) set at 0 on the weight.
