I really wouldn't be too worried.if you've had them all along and they've not caused problems,impacted with other teeth etc,you may get lucky and have them come out without too much trouble or suffering on your part...i mean it's never FUN,but it may not be a bad as you think
my last one was out minutes after i sat in the chair,and done with only the usual local...my dentist,who sent me to the surgeon because he didn't want to tackle it,would've felt pretty silly if he'd seen how easy it came out...while it's true that a lot of people have some trouble with them,and removal can inflict some trauma and painful healing time...that's not a gauranteed thing or always the case...think positive!
