Panasonic RE 7680 Receiver Schematic Wanted

@RickHouTX , contrary to what I said above, my lamps don’t need replacing. I missed noting that the AM and FM lights separately come on. I was on FM and expected both lights to go on, since the AM one didn’t when I was on FM thought the lamp was shot. But all three display lights are working
My lamps work too, but one is noticeably dimmer than the others. So, now that i have the case off I'm just going to replace all 3.

I'm curious why you wanted to remove the case from your unit. Did you have some modifications or maintenance work planned?

The volume pot, selector switch and the Loudness switch were horribly scratchy, especially the first two.

I stumbled into this thread wanting to know how to get the cover off the unit. Having gotten that out of the way, took a look at the rest of the thread and realized I have the same issues with FM as JoeyBags.
1. No sound n FM stereo selector
2. On the FM selector, with AFC on, it only picks up a few (if at all) stations past 97 or 98.
3. FM works with AFC turned off

For those wishing to replace/upgrade the fuse style bulbs, I am not sure it is possible without a major and potentially destructive effort. I have tried but failed.

Essentially, to access the 2 fuse lamps in the cirucular displays one would either have to remove the (glued on?) orange needle assembly or create larger access holes in the backside plastic. Not wanting to break the orange needle assembly, I attempted the latter approach. I successfully removed the old fuse bulbs but for the life of me I cannot install the replacement fuse bulbs.

Honestly, I don't think Panasonic engineered it to have the fuse bulbs replaced. Barring any other ideas. I may consider carefully cutting/snipping the orange needle assembly so that I could glue it back on after installing the replacement bulbs.

At least I was able to upgrade the lamps in one of the old Panasonics. Unfortunately, I forgot to attach the silder knobs before taking these pictures. https://www.radiomuseum.org/r/panasonic_fm_am_8_track_stereo_receiver_rs_820s.html
