Just an old fart trying to help.
I googled Panasonic RF 9000, and found reference to a couple different sales, like 3 years apart, for several thousand dollars.
Assuming they were legit, I was amazed.
As OP mentioned, US ebay has no recent results, not sure how to check other world wide ebays.

It looks pretty cool! I don't know the value, but stuff like this is collectible. By the way, there seems to be a shortage of punctuation in India, so they're rationing commas and periods. I'm glad to see you're doing your part to conserve these rare beasts!

The radio is extremely rare and with anything that's rare the price goes up.as with audio gear there are collectors of these type of radios and the price they pay reflect it.performance wise I can't comment but the price is mostly in its rarity for this radio,

That's an amazing radio you have Juva, where are you located? With something that's as rare as this model I'd had a professional look at it unless you have the skill-set. This was a state-of-the-art when it came out, more of a statement piece then for retail sales, it went for an amazing $3800.00 USD in 1981 and this was in big printing on the ads!
I've never seen one come up for sale, although there are stories of it every few years. I have to believe any working unit will get silly money with collectors, believe it or not some of the rare portables (Walkmans) get over 10 big ones USD and some mint boomboxes are close behind.

The auction he referenced was in Japan just last year, for over $7000 USD, but no bids...based on what the guy wrote, a like new with paperwork has sold for $10,000 in the past...
So question for the OP - what condition is your RF-9000 in? Do you have the user manual, and other paperwork? Are all the functions working? As for any collector item, the price difference can be thousands apart depending on condition. And do you plan to sell it in India only, or to other Asian countries? The demand for these expensive shortwave radios is low in India, I believe.
