Panloc stuck and it will not release

I have a MR-71 and I cannot get one panloc to release, is there any trick or way I can get the panloc to release.Thanks

Get in behind it and loosen the socket thingie that's on the back of the bracket. Hold the socket with two fingers and kinda twist it some while you punch the button on the fron panel. Eventually, it will come loose. :fingers crossed:

Drylube on the socket thingie that's on the back of the bracket worked for me.
