Paradigm Stylus CC - What set is this? Outdoor?

I found a "Paradigm Stylus CC". "Paradigm Electronics Inc., Toronto, Canada". Sounds decent but it's just a center unit (maybe?) so hard to tell. Anyone know what this is? edit: I'm specifically wondering if this is part of a larger set. I can't find reviews, MSRP etc.
