If this is for a SX-1050 (as alluded to in your cross post in Solid State Forum(cross posting is prohibited)) R1 is a 3.3ohm 20W Wirewound (ceramic) resistor. Use those parameters in Digikey's search engines. Use thru Hole vs. chassis mount. Mouser has no 20w resistors in this value

yes it is for a sx-1050
The s/s relay is operated from the unregulated +76V, if it is failed, then it needs to be fixed.
R1 is open? or is it also just the thermal cutout?
Digikey has them, 317-1130-ND
