It would be easier to sort out with a schematic of the xover you're using.

That's OK, just seeing the layout would help even if you don't know all the values.
BTW some driver testers will measure inductors. I recently got the PC-based one from Parts Express, used to be Woofer Tester but they call it something else I can't recall right now. Anyway it measures inductance of the driver voice coil, so as a bonus, it measures any inductor hooked up to it. Which is cool because my multimeter does not have an inductance function. I don't know much about Room EQ Wizard but it's probably not that kind of driver tester I suppose.

That's interesting about the inductor tester. I'll look into that too. I have about 30 different XOs lying around, mostly 2-way, and don't know the values.
UPDATE: I ordered some AXON caps from Chris at PC. They're based on the values of the Wharfedale XO. I'm going to put them in place of the MINERVA caps on that old board and leave the inductors which seem pretty solid. The antique caps were holding their values but the ESRs were really high. I think the next part of restoration will be adding a "velveteen" facia on the front with cutouts for the drivers. I think any speaker that has as much surface area on the front needs some negative reflection treatment.

After playing around completely unscientifically with the crossovers and inverting phase and trying different configurations of 10" speaker running full-range I decided I like the sound enough to bring over a few very hardcore audio enthusiasts. In almost as unscientific method and over a few beers they agreed that these speakers are absolutely remarkable in clarity and stage depth & width. They all agreed that the tweeters seemed to have a rolloff when compared to my M&K SV-200s. SO....
I popped out the Philips tweeters and dropped in some EMIT-Rs (6 Ohm). Now I'm pretty sure these are the best speakers I've heard over the past 2 or 3 years. I craziest property is the center "phantom" imaging that makes the speakers disappear. It's very much like the Magnepan sweet spot. I don't have a valid technical reason why such a simple speaker design can have such a stage effect but I suspect one of three or combination of these irregularities... 1) the 10" stands, 2) the Philips dome midrange, or 3) the interaction of the dome mid and the full range 10"... something is using the real estate between the speakers that none of the 2 dozen or speakers that have been auditioned here have been able to do well, except the Maggies.
