I had a pair of the AD 4277M, which must have had a rather high Qts. The AD 4277M seem to be best suited for OB from my experience. If I remember right, they didn't do much in a sealed or ported box with regard to bass. They had smallish magnets compared to the 9762M, a bit screechy and a big disappointment compared to the 9762M. The pair of AD 4277M eventually went to Korea.
Dan Marshall had a pair of Norelco 9762Ms that he used in 3.5-4.0 foot enclosures dual port tuned to around the mid-thirties. I had heard them in a visit once...they had strong clean bass along with great midrange/top-end.
I think you would have to determine/figure out the total Q of the 4877M. If it's a higher number, it may be best for OB/infinite baffle. Lower total Q numbers should work better for sealed or ported boxes. You may have to just experiment.
