yeah it looks just like that. the console is a different model though. TT needs lubing. speakers are paper but sound nice at low levels. i gutted it immediately so I wouldn't get attached to it, (since my dad wasnt allowed to have it).
my brother took the cabinet and is now refinishing it and making it into a small bar. its nice cherry wood I guess.
mine also came with all the schematics and certificates, so if you need any help let me know

I'm pretty sure my grandmother had that exact same console in her office, and hers too had all the paperwork with it. Had a Garrard turntable IIRC. The sound out of that thing was phenomenal to my young ears compared to everything else that I'd heard. One year I made up some decent quality patch cables (this was many years before anyone had ever heard of BJC or Monoprice or the internet for that matter) so she could hook up a tape deck or CD player (which were new and exciting) to it.
That was one of the few things that I'd asked if I could have when she was done with it, but when she passed away unexpectedly I was going through a rough patch (my fiancee had just left me and we were selling our house; I was living in a friend's basement at the time) and also since it was unexpected I had to take what I wanted in one trip with my old Jeep Cherokee so sadly I was able to get neither the Pilot console nor the stack of 78s she had.
That exact console (and the similar Magnetbox unit that was my grandmother's "main" system in the living room - which oddly I always considered good but slightly inferior to the Pilot) is the one item primarily responsible for my interest in getting good quality audio gear. i'd never heard bass reproduced so well as I did on those two, from far newer (this was the 1970s) stacks of equipment. To be fair, the stuff that my parents owned was pretty low end and I don't recall having any friends whose parents were into hi-fi.
I don't know if it really stacks up well to modern equipment or if my memory is a little rose colored, but I really would love to have that console...
