Pilot Console Receiver ID

Greetings,

Can't seem to identify which model Pilot Receiver this is. I've scoured the internet to no avail. Receiver was pulled from console. Unsure of console model.

The transformer numbers should include date codes, which can narrow it down somewhat. Has FM stereo, so 1962 or later. Output tubes are ECL86/6GW8? May be past my collection of Sams, which end in 1963.
