Pioneer CT-W601R repair

I bought a Pioneer CT-W601R today from goodwill for $10 and got home to plug it in to find out the belt is bad. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a new belt for it for a good price? I only found a set on eBay for $21 and I feel like I could find some for cheaper with the help of you guys.
