Wow, hope you get it rebuilt. Mine got stolen from my '62 Impala in 1980, after it was out of production. I really miss that deck!

Depending on how bad the rubber is dried out, would rubber restorer work?

Terry at terrysrubberrollers.com should be able to rebuild the pinch roller and any idler wheels, etc. at reasonable cost.

For belts, try Fred Marrs... he has a gazillion belts, may need info from you on the dimensions though. marrscommunications.com

I'm going to revive this old thread! Anybody replace all of the rubber in a KP 500? If so did you remove the wheels that run the fast forward and rewind? How? I thinkni could just replace the 'tires' without pulling the wheels if i could get the right ones.

Yeah, I emailed Terry's rubber rollers and he said he wasn't familiar with them and couldn't rebuild the plastic rollers. May just not have rewind and fast forward

Yeah, I messaged the guy on ebay. The pinch roller appears to be correct from the reverb order, however I have not tried any of the parts because the belt is too short and the pulley tires seem too small. The seller has stopped communicating and I have involved the reverb support because the seller is not responsive. 60 dollars for these few small incorrect rubber parts is kind of frustrating. I'll let everyone know how it turns out.

Never heard back from the seller. Messaged reverb customer service, now they are trying to get him to send me a refund. I think I might be able to find rubber gaskets that will work. Going to try that next.
