I just bought a used Pioneer PL-550X turntable in almost mint condition and everything works great aside from the anti skate feature. I have messed with it quite a bit with no luck. I decided to look inside to see if something had been disconnected or it maybe had a worn spring and when I did I noticed that it appears the whole mechanism isn't connected to anything around it nor do I see anything it would connect to. Any info helps! I can provide a picture if needed. Thanks!
