I found a pair of Pioneer SE-30 Headphones in Original Box with Manual
Do you think the packaging makes it any difference in value?

it will only make a difference for collectors. Those appear to be in very nice condition. However you will find that the early dynamic headphones of any brand will not be to your liking. I have found them to be dull and muddy, as well has heavy and uncomfortable for any length of time. YMMV

About the only thing they're ally good at is looking cool and isolating you from noise.
