Pioneer SX-450, Phono has low volume in right channel

What value resistors are installed at locations R216 and R218? And the corresponding R215/217? Some units used 240Ω and 5.1KΩ resistors in those positions, and some used 510Ω and 10KΩ resistors.

In addition to the marked values, what are the actual resistance readings?
 
Check the solder connection for the RCA jacks to the board. I've found more than one cracked over the years. Also check all the solder joints in the signal path for the right channel, a cracked solder joint that shows up and a faint ring around the wire going through the board will do exactly what you are seeing.

I'd check the resistance of the RCA connector to signal path too. Again, cracked solder joints.
