Pioneer SX-D7000 Tuner problems

I got a D7000 from the internet, all seems to work well except the tuner.
all memory lights are on.
Display light up except the frequency digits not (FM/AM)

I'm lost,
Does anyone have tips to help me??

I found the user manual on HiFi Engine.
Try the manual tuning and see what happens.
Read the manual completely as the receiver uses a standby circuit.
I think there's something wrong but you have to narrow it down. The circuits are more modern than I work on so the first thing I would do, is check the power supply regulated voltages to at least verify that the heart of the receiver is working properly.
There's a lot of chips and switching logic so it might be a handful to repair. A visual inspection is in order. Look for cold solder connections, loose wire connections. focus on the power supply for heat related issues.
At least get the basic voltages, understand the operation and go from there.

I hope someone can steer me a little more in the direction of where I should be looking for this.
the voltage from the power supply (AWR-216) seem to be correct.
