Pioneer sx780 noisy right channel

By activating tape 1 I can replicate the noise, is it possible? I even hear the aux sound (at a lower volume), the tape 1 button is very dirty ???

Have you done a thorough, repeated Deoxit cleaning / treatment of the switches and pots in the signal path? D5 for the switches, F5 for the pots. Then exercise the controls many times, sometimes it take over 50 activations to clean up a dirty contact, along with reapplications of D5 or F5.

It is very likely that is the problem, if changing the relay and the usual problem transistors has not resolved it. Many 'contact cleaners' remove oil, grease and dirt, but do not break down the corrosion that has formed over the years. Deoxit actually breaks down the corrosion, and the repeated actuation of the switch pushes the residue away from the actual contact area.
Another option is to remove, disassemble, clean, reassemble and reinstall the switches. That is a high risk for damage to difficult to find replacements.
Finding a replacement is an option also, but they may have the same, or worse problems, as they will be just as old as the originals.

Amazon.com carries Deoxit products, and you may be able to get it shipped from the US to Argentina:

I do not know what laws and regulations would apply to importing Deoxit to your country, and I am NOT suggesting you attempt to bypass proper Customs channels, these are just a couple of options I found, that you may be able to use.
