So I finally ended up with another pair of Series 2 5jrs.Ive had quite a few pair of Polks so I have extra"parts",lol.
Which is the better tweet?

The attachments didn't work ... can you try to re-upload them as pictures?

You'll have to watch out for impedance matching, as not all Polk tweeters are universally compatible across Polk models ... but we can help. Just need to see what you've got.

I could not understand the testing part too much but now I know I have a replacement if one of my tweets go out.

This is the infamous "Silver Coil Dome" tweeter aka the SL-2000, which there are numerous threads here and over at CP about it not being Polks finest

Ya, not a fan of those myself. I replaced them with RDO's in my Monitor 10's.
The 5jr's I have also have the silver coil domes. But I can't bring myself to dump
around $65 each for the RDO's in the 5's.

I've been contemplating replacing my silver domes, but yeah. Are the replacements $130 better?

They were for the monitor 10's, and would be for the 7's and a few others.

You don't have a choice, the Series 2 uses the SL2500. The SL2000 or the SL1000 are completely wrong for your speakers.

You can upgrade to the RD0198-1 tweeter, which is much better than your SL2500.
