Prediction!

YES! Grew up in a northern forested area, then moved west.

TPBM has that one fav movie they still can see over and over and appreciate almost as well as the first time!

Q

I have several I could see over and over, but seldom do.

TPBM likes a particular movie that wasn't all that popular and is seldom seen on any movie channel.

True! Going My Way starring Bing Crosby and Barry Fitzgerald (1944 b & w).

TPBM has enjoyed something that never got popular (music, movie, food, anything)

True. The Sword and the Dragon/ Ilya Muromets- Russia, 1960? Over the top folklore with hilarious special effects. I saw it as a kid and it blew my developing mind. I tried to buy it for years but it was only available on VHS

I finally found a Russian DVD copy, but instead of subtitles, it had a guy with a really thick Russian accent doing all the lines.

TPBM has barbecued an uncommon meat.

True! As it pertains to grilling. So far, no one else I know has grilled bacon. Grilling it over CHARCOAL, NOT gas is the best way to cook it.

TPBM has grilled something that most people haven't.

Well, I have when prep a morning breaky, not wanting to heat up the house, and yes more bother to BBQ, but better with the "bricks"..

TPBM has noticed that this thread tends to weave/bend in strange ways:confused: at times.

Q

True- 4 times. Boston to Cali. I bought a massive travel coffee cup at a truck stop in Texas, it was called the Texas One Stop, it was massive, when I drank from it while driving you couldn't see anything it was so big.

TPBM doesn't mind truck stop food.
(some truck stops had fantastic food.)

IF there is an actual restaurant at the truck stop, that's fine. They usually do have pretty good food. But the "hot dogs" and other salt sticks sold in the store? No thanx!

TPBM has happened upon some surprising merchandise sold in truck stops.

No, just the usual -- Sour Apple Five Hour Energy, petrified hot dogs, burnt coffee and novelty condoms.

TPBM likes jazz best.
