Do you really mean L75? If so, those are now over 45-years old. Not very good for listening but certainly an interesting collector piece. The L46 is more common, not one of the best JBLs, and are probably worth less than $75 if in very good condition.

Thanks all, very much appreciated. I'll conduct some diligence of my own to get some context. Yes, if anyone knows actual sale prices, that would be wonderful, or on the other hand what a reasonable offer would be for it. I wish I knew more about McIntosh gear, but I am a mere audio plebian and have never had the pleasure of being in the market for it. :p

Re: the L75's, yes, that is the correct number. They are the Minuets I believe, small speakers with the lattice grilles. I am not sure they have ever been taken out of their boxes so the grill is all I saw from inside the box.

Well it's a certainty that the Lansaloy surrounds are petrified by now! Still, a nice item for a collector who doesn't particularly care what they sound like, even when they were new! If you're looking for top dollar stupid-money, eBay is probably your venue. Take good photos.
 
The 3 Mac pieces are probably worth ~ $1,000 in unknown electrical condition with decent cosmetics.

The MC502 is the odd duck in this grouping: Both C24 & MR71 were mid '60s pieces; MC502 is late '70s. My guess is a McIntosh tube amplifier was part of the original purchase along with the C24 & MR71 but was traded in on the 502 at some point.

Chances are very likely all will need some level of attention - especially the '60s units.

Right now I'm trying to dig for historical info about each unit, e.g., what year it came out, where was it in the product line, what was the original price, etc. Can someone please point me to a good McIntosh library resource for that information? Thanks!

Update - the Mac gear had not been stored, but rather was just left in the empty house for however many years. I snapped some pics on my bench. Mouse droppings, oxidation, dirt, dust, cobwebs. All 3 units light up with power. The tuner seems to function but isn't great at picking up signals. The pre-amp passes a faint hint of sound at max volume. The power amp doesn't make any sound whatsoever.

So now this is all in my hands. What should I expect to get for all this? Some kind of a range? Is this worth restoring? What would you guys do?

The cosmetics will cut severely into value, the cdx of the tuner is a worry for more than just the cosmetics.

Wow, those are rough. I'll bet a fair number of those transformer slugs are frozen on the tuner which will make alignment difficult if not impossible.

The amp and pre could probably be cleaned up enough to be worth something, the tuner is getting dangerously close to scrap.
 
Yes, much rougher than I first thought. I will try to clean them up and diagnose. I am hoping it is something simple for the pre-amp and amp. I'm also hoping the chrome is intact under the dirt on the tuner.

Pio, forgive me but what is "cdx of the tuner"? Is it the signal reception strength?

Any idea what someone would pay for these things as-is?
 
Well that's a crying shame..... Having some nice gear sit and collect dust is one thing.....mice droppings and urine is a whole other story. Clean them up as best you can, and sell them "as is, not working".
What would someone pay for them? My guess, package deal as is, tops $400.
