Price of gas in your area.

I am sure many of us realize that good 'ol gas has gone DOWN in the last month. For some, it has not been too dramatic--maybe 40-60cents/gal. For others(like me) it has gone down about $1/ a gal. (it hit 3.19 for a short time, about a month ago).

Her in the cincy area, I paid $2.11 tonight. It is a bit cheaper in west Chester, 2.09.

While I was in Kettering tonight--I saw 2.19 as the cheapest price.

How about everyone else??

One question--

WHY has diesel NOT gone down much yet??

It is now down to 2.04 in Cookville TN. It was a buck higher a few weeks ago.Glad I can mow the yard for less than 15.00 again lol

Juneau, AK - $3.27/gallon for regular unleaded.
Hoonah, AK - $3.57/gallon reg/unl and $3.69 for diesel.

Didn't I read somewhere that most of our oil comes from Alaska ?!?!

Marion, NC - $2.38 tonight, down from $2.89 or there-abouts a week ago.

A welcome change, but nowhere near a reasonable price IMO.

If the price were to drop to 1.50 a gal and stay that way for a long while,,I'd be happy because when it was 1.50 all I done was bitch about it.Now 1.50 would be rather nice lol. :smoke:

Here in the bay area, around $3 per. It's got a long way to go before
the hotrod goes into retirement. :zoom: :smoke:

I remember when gas prices crossed the 2 dollar mark on the way up. . . I told my wife and friends that it would keep climbing then drop back to about 2.29-2.39 and we would think we were stealing it. . .

2 bucks is a damn site better than 3 but it sure ain't worth celebrating. . . Still way to high for me. Personally I would like to see it under a buck. . .

I understand. . .

but still. . .

I know, I know. . .

"****". . .

oh well. . .

Diesel is under three here in Kansas  2.99/9

I wonder how many billions the oil companies have made on the 9/10 of a penny over the years. I can remeber stopping at the Martin station when my brothers had to drive me to school (1st grade). Gas was 32.9 and a candy bar was .05.

$2.60 yesterday for regular, and after reading the rest of these posts, I'm feeliing pretty ripped off about it.

Haven't been out in a week but last I saw it was around $2.35 here. Probably less by now. Atlanta has some of the lowest prices anywhere. Damn shame that when it hits that price we are pleased.
