Hi all - Apologies on resurrecting an old thread but it's been quite some time since this parts list was created and now I'm specifically looking for a few replacements for the Q5 through Q10 transistors. These transistors that are listed as replacements are no longer manufactured and/or made. My quest started by looking for a replacement for the 2SC1628Y and I found the original datasheet - https://www.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf/view/168237/TOSHIBA/2SC1628-Y.html
I'm having trouble finding anything suitable as a replacement on mouser. Can anyone with some good bench experience help out on what a good replacement for the 2SC1628Y and the others (2SA818Y and 2SD381) would be? I sure hope that there are suitable replacements being made! TIA
