Realistic Optimus 9

[ranf1970]

Hey AKers,

Any information on these? Not too much on the 'Net. I found a pair at a GW in pretty good shape for $39.99. Don't know if I need another pair of speakers, but just thought I'd ask. Thanks!

Huh... never knew that RS sold OBs. Not so sure about using three midranges but an interesting unit for sure.

If I found a pair locally for $60 or less I wouldn't hesitate, but then I have a strange attraction to old Radio Shack speakers.

I agree and that attraction is valid. The fact is they made or rather had speakers made for them that are excellent.

I have a pair of the optimus 7's on that same page and they are fantastic.

I presume only the MRs are open.
