Anybody recapped a Model 2220 (not the B model) recently? I've got one that needs work, and I'll need some AK help to get it done. It's a project I'll take on after my basic electronics tech school at Keesler, but I want to get some early tips to get it done right. the 2220 looks tougher to do than my 2235B, which I sent off to Catrafter.

I would recommend you get the service manual and compare what is in the parts list to what is actually in the unit.
There is some good advice in this thread and this one.
