Rega RP6 has one noisy channel

Hello all,
I have an RP6 with an RB303 arm and Neo PSU. I'm getting a lot of noise in the right channel only, through my tube amp. I have traced the noise to the right channel of the table. No change in the noise if I unplug the power supply, no change in noise if I try to touch a ground wire from the tonearm to preamp, and moving the preamp away from the table seems to have no effect either. I have tried a different cart on there and the noise is similar. I realize that tube amps are noisy but there is no noise from the digital inputs on the preamp and there is no noise when the turntable is unplugged (obviously).

Is it common for one of the turntable channels to be noisier than the other?

The noise is not a low end hum and not a high end whine, its more like radio interference and mid-range buzz. It's not super duper loud but it is annoying when listening to dynamic classical music at loud volumes. Thanks!
