Not everyone wants to pay for the Hayseed cans when a small bit of effort to restuff saves a lot of money, especially when there are multiple cans in an amp. Hayseed is using the same or similar caps inside the cans that we would use when restuffing. If someone wants the exact original look, then I would say get the CE caps. I don't find restuffing difficult and it lets me get on with my project without a delay as I usually have the electrolytics I need on hand. Different strokes I guess.
