I was advised to replace the resistors in my MC30’s by a local tube technician. He suggested metal film to replace the carbon comps.
Would this be a good replacement? If so, what brand would you folks recommend?
I’ve also looked at the schematic (attached below) and noticed that it calls for some of the resistors to be within 5% and two, specifically, to be within 1% and I was wondering how those would be possible to obtain if I’m ordering from an online retailer?
Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.
