Replacing 2 diodes/bulbs in my CT-710 Yamaha

The two bulbs in the FM quality windows went out and I'd like to replace them. (FM radio has been shut off in my country, but I'm using the CT-710 as a decorative piece now)

4mm in diameter, fitting straight into those rubber rings above the needle windows

attached here on the mainboard, where it says L and E - P and F lead to the bulb on the frequency selector (all caps still look fine, no blaotware..)

can anyone help me find the correct replacement bulbs?

Thanks. Dave got me a link to ebay, since I'm not in the north Americas.
12v/60mA/4mm seems to be correct.

Will report back when I got this fixed.

It worked!
And it's a great match, too

my soldering job was incredibly poorly executed, but I was too lazy to take anything apart, so had to solder on a vertical pin with all other wires around in the way.. (and I generally suck at soldering)
It's bomb-proof, though.. I could nearly lift the entire tuner on those white wires, lol
