Hello, looking to have two vintage receivers evaluated before i use them. Any suggestions for quality, knowledgeable place in the Cincinnati Ohio area? Greatly appreciated !

Yes several places i have contacted are on 6-8 week backlog, that is acceptable to me, rather wait my turn and experience quality and professionalism then speed and mistakes.

I have a great deal of experience with AV specialist, I have met Matt personally and he is a member here (mattsd) and highly regarded by all. I would not hesitate to use him when I have a need.

I tried to contact him multiple times (like 6) and he never responded, then did after I told him he was a flake. He made a bunch of excuses I don't care to hear.
Look at his google reviews lately. I contacted the attorney general's office to see if the one was true (that someone went after him legally), & they confirmed there is a open case against him & that it will post on their website once it's closed.
Screw that, roll the dice if you like, not me, that's flake central.
Update: The attorney general's office just randomly emailed me 5 minutes ago saying the complaint has actually been listed for months under "poor service & shoddy work."
I looked, it's there. They spelled it Matts vintage audio repair, I was spelling it Matt's...

In your first post you say not to use Matt's but in your follow-up post, it sounds like you have never used his services
He posted in his facebook page that he is not taking any more work on, that was over a year ago
