You have to swing the arm out so it extends off the plinth, remove the platter and then have some books to allow you to flip the whole TT upside down in order to mount the cart. Yes, it is that ridiculous. Send me your real email in a PM and I will forward you copies.

My V15V is a p-mount version. But you can use a 1/2” standard mount, but dimensions are limited. Smaller carts fare better in fitting. You also really need a high compliance cart, so you wouldn’t use a MC cart for instance.

The replica kit is actually pretty nice, as it includes a replica of the mounting jig. However, the kit plus shipping (assuming murf is in the US) is 108 euro or about $125-130. Take that in to consideration.

The shipping cost is not too bad. I was ordering Black Diamond needles from MrStylus almost a year ago. The difference between the USD and Euro was not too bad either. Shipping times are long. When all goes well, it takes about two weeks. One $1K shipment got lost by DHL for about two months. MrStylus refunded the money as soon as I requested it. The package finally arrived here at home two months later. Once DHL handed it off to USPS the package travelled quickly.

That is high. Really high. When I ship needles to Europe, it is about $13 USD for 4 ounces First Class International USPS. That kit is very lightweight. I know because I just mailed one to Florida.

I bumped the original 2008 thread "Revox B790 Tonearm Issues" for cart mounting that many of us used back then. Dale's picture (is Dale still posting?) of the correct static height is especially key if you don't have the Mounting Kit.
