Tough call. To me, "Rocket Man" is a song, while "Major Tom" is a video-in-my-mind. But I think I gotta go with "Rocket Man".

Major Tom was the reason I got a speeding ticket in Bloomington IL back in 1984! I was blasting along I-74 at the posted limit when Major Tom comes on the radio. A minute or two later I was at my exit which put you on Veterans Parkway, with a much lower speed limit than I-74.
