Rockwool in 24" Widths??

Want to build some DIY panels and bass traps but having trouble finding rockwool/mineral wool in 23-24" widths without buying a pallet's worth. Home Depot min. is 16 bags, $1250! Don't really want to slice up 15" widths or narrow the panels. Anyone have experience with this?

Thanks - any tricks to getting a discount? at $16 per sheet with a 2" thickness - this seems high. Appreciate the lead...

It probably is high, McMaster is never cheap, their thing is having everything (including the kitchen sink). They're also pretty good about selling small quantities (i.e. they'll sell you one sheet for $16 so you don't have to buy the pallet for $1250).

You might also try calling around to some building supply places (https://www.abcsupply.com/ is the one that comes to mind in my area). They'll probably still have a minimum order but it will probably be more reasonable than Home Depot and they're more likely to make exceptions.

You can also try calling Home Depot, I needed some fence panels that were "unavailable" in my area but were in stock at a store in another state and all it took was a phone call to get them delivered.

Don't know if they still do it, I put 24" batts of rockwool insulation above my mom's garage a few years ago. She ordered it through Lowes, back then you could special order it by the package. Was using the 6" thick batts.
