Thanks for that. It looks like the tweeter was changed for the CG-6A. I just picked up a pair of earlier 6’s and they sound amazing.

I have a pair of the CG-6A... what's left of them. They were stored in my son's garage, and mice at the woofers.

Does anyone know the differences between the RSL CG-6 and the model CG-6A bookshelf speakers?

One difference is the baffle. The older RSL CG-6 has a natural blond wood veneer, and the newer RSL CG-6A has a black synthetic plate. Without the cloth grilles, the CG-6 has a beautiful elegant look. And the sound is beautiful, too. I have my CG-6s sitting on Bose tulip pedestal speaker stands.
